After having a week of tapas and pinchos during our trip to Barcelona, I thought it would be easy to make myself. (And I didn’t have any idea what to have for dinner that night.) So I busted out some bread, chopped up some paprika, cucumbers, salami, tomatoes and mozzarella, mixed up an egg tuna salad and brought out two pestos and dijon mustard. And that’s it. You cut the bread into small pieces and top them off with the toppings. Done. No recipe needed, really. If I would do it again, I would add some capers, maybe smoked salmon?
바르셀로나에서 핀쵸와 타파스를 일주일동안 먹다가 집에 돌아와 든 생각. 만들기 엄청 쉬울것 같은 느낌이 들어서 빵, 파프리카, 오이, 살라미, 토마토 모짜렐라 자르고 계란 참치 샐러드 쓱싹, 페스토 두종류 그리고 겨자를 꺼내들었다. 빵 자르고 토스터기에 넣은 후 토핑 올려주면 끝.
