Blueberry muffins

Blueberry muffins

Ingredients
  • Butter: 8 tablespoons
  • Sugar: 1 cup
  • Eggs: 2
  • Pure vanilla extract: 1 teaspoon
  • Baking powder: 2 teaspoons
  • Salt: 1/4 teaspoon
  • Fresh or thawed frozen blueberries: 2 1/2 cups
  • Flour: 2 cups
  • Milk: 1/2 cup
  • 버터: 8 테이블스푼
  • 설탕: 1컵
  • 달걀: 2
  • 바닐라 엑스트랙트 (에센스가 아님): 1 티스푼
  • 베이킹 파우더: 2 티스푼
  • 소금: 1/4 티스푼
  • 블루베리: (신선한 블루베리 혹은 냉동): 2 1/2 컵
  • 밀가루: 2컵
  • 우유: 1/2컵
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 190 degrees.
  2. Cream butter until smooth.
  3. Add 1 cup of sugar and mix.
  4. Add the eggs, vanilla, baking powder and salt. Mix.
  5. In another bowl, mash about 3/4 of the blueberries with the back of a fork. Add to the batter and mix.
  6. Slowly add in flour and milk.
  7. Fold in the leftover blueberries and mix well with your hand to avoid crushing the berries.
  8. Fill up the muffin cups and bake 25-30 minutes.
  9. Cool for at least 15 minutes before eating.
  10. 오븐은 190도로.
  11. 버터 믹서기로 섞어주고
  12. 설탕을 넣어준 후 다시 섞어주고
  13. 달걀, 바닐라, 베이킹 파우더, 소금 넣어주고 다시 섞어주고
  14. 또다른 그릇에 3/4 정도되는 블루베리를 포크로 뭉개준 후 반죽에 넣어서 같이 섞고
  15. 여기에 천천히 밀가루와 우유를 넣어주고
  16. 남은 블루베리를 넣고 손으로 섞어주고
  17. 머핀 틀 혹은 컵에 넣어주고 오븐에 25-30분 동안 구워준다.
  18. 적어도 15분정도는 식힌 후, 완성!
