G isn’t a big fan of sweets, unlike me. But these lemon bars were fantastic.
I had two lemons to take care and the first thing that came up on google was lemon bars. I wanted to try a cocktail, but then went on with the lemon bars.
They do come out pretty gooey and chewy in the inside, which is what you want.

Ingredients
- Butter: 1 cup or 227g
- White sugar: 1/2 cup for the crust
- White sugar 1 1/2 cup for the lemon filling
- All purpose flour: 2 cups for the crust
- All purpose flour: 1/4 cup for the filling
- Eggs: 4
- Lemon: 2
- Lemon zest from 2 lemons
- 버터: 1컵

- 밀가루: 1/4 컵 (레몬반죽)

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 175C
- In a bowl, blend butter, 2 cups of flour and 1/2 sugar. Press it down evenly into the pan as the crust.
- Bake for 15 minutes until golden.
- In another bowl, whisk 1 1/2 sugar and 1/4 flour. Then whisk in the eggs and lemon juice. Add lemon zest.
- Pour over the crust and bake for 20 minutes.
- Cool completely before serving.

- 그릇에 버터, 밀가루 2컵, 설탕 1/2컵 섞어서 팬에 납작하게 눌러담고
- 오븐에 15분 정도 구워주고 익으면 꺼내준다
- 그릇에 1 1/2설탕과 1/4밀가루를 섞어주고 여기에 계란과 레몬쥬스를 넣어주고 골고루 섞어준다. 레몬 제스트도 약간.
- 오븐에서 꺼낸 크러스트에 부어주고
- 다시 오븐에 넣고 20분동안 구워주면 끝. 완전히 식히기 전에 자르기 어렵기 때문에 꼭 식은 후에 시식!
