Motherhood: Dreaming of Italy

September 14, 2016 by rachelsanghee

See you soon, hometown. week1

The past two weeks were pretty mellow, compared to our holiday in Italy, so a lot of looking back old photos and preparing to leave yet again for Italy this week. Yay to the trip, No to the packing.

week2

Summer is the best time to be in Giovinazzo, which is where G is from, and it’s been a while since we’ve actually visited during the hotter months. And when I say hot, I mean HOT. Everyone seems to be fine except me, which is why I took two to three cold showers every day. Heat and a baby don’t go so well together, especially if you’re not used to either one.

Cheese. Because Italy and also because Puglia.

We’re actually heading back to Giovinazzo in October for a friend’s wedding, so see you soon.
