Italian cities already have their town fair share of gelaterias, but there’s one thing that only Bologna has. A Gelato University.

Cities with university tend to bring back memories. I was never a big fan of going to school during the time, but Bologna actually made me want to be a student again. Minus the exams and assignments.

Bologna is the first city that established a university. So BU is the world’s oldest of its kind, dating back to 1088. It’s 926 years old.

When G and I first arrived in Bologna, the first thing he said was “Bologna is like Munich in a lot of ways. The Munich of Italy, if you will.” And it wasn’t very hard to see why.
Budapest: Caking
I blame my interest and cravings for cakes to the cafes and restaurants in Seoul. Although we Koreans don’t have a traditional concept of “dessert,” it’s become a new tradition and even a trend to enjoy sweets after dinner.
